Sunshine, also known as Hansa yellow or cadmium yellow hue, is a neutral yellow. On paper, it is a fairly high tinting strength yellow. You can easily lift it but the paper will not return to its pure white state.

Compared to Royal yellow, Sunshine is a more cool-leaning yellow.

Sunshine makes a great primary yellow and we recommend combining it with Quinacridone Magenta and Cerulean (Hue) for a true primary mixing set, or with Raspberry and Glacier blue for a more subdued mixing set.
