Nice to meet you, I’m Lisa; the founder and owner of LMColors. I’m the face behind the colors you find in our shop. SIngle-handedly I made all of these with love, to give you the best experience possible!

A little about me; I’m a 24-year-old student in the Netherlands. Nothing creative actually, but a biomedical lab worker! It might be a bit of an odd combination but it works? I’ve always loved the creative aspects of life and have painted with watercolor for many years before starting LMColors. When I started making paint back in 2019 it was love at first sight, and I’ve not been able to stop ever since.

I am so happy to be able to share this part of my life with you!

Hi! I am Alice from @alicemoonwonderland on Instagram. One of the two ambassadors of LMColors.

My first set of paints from Lisa was the mini Autumn set. I had been looking for local watercolour makers as I had just gotten interest in the hobby. We started talking and the rest is history! Now I consider her one of my close friends.

In my regular life, I am an insurance agent and a translator. But I can always be found to be doing something creative from doodling during meetings to painting with needle and thread while enjoying the sun.

My style switches from realistic animals to cute little characters to elegant women. It gives me the chance to display Lisa's products in a diverse kind of way.

Hi, I‘m Melina or Yureiko from www.yureiko.de or @Yureikoart on Instagram and one of the two ambassadors of LMColors.

Two of my first watercolors by Lisa were Discovery and Plum Blossom. I fell completely in love. Quickly I recognised, that my usual swatches couldn‘t show the full range of the colours and I decided to do little landscape swatches since I mostly paint landscapes. Lisa liked them a lot and as her ambassador, I made more than 60 mini landscape swatches and slightly bigger monochrome landscapes for her so far.

In my day to day life, I‘m a teacher of chemistry, history and art. Apart from this, I‘m a paper artist, my actual first love in art. In watercolors, my favourites are monochromes and landscapes, or monochrome landscapes. But I also combine my paper art with watercolors.

My grandpa always told my mother and me, that doing art always uses the good, which means the high quality, materials. I would add to this to honour the roots and use handmade materials.

In Lisa’s watercolors we have the good and handmade stuff, try it out and fall in love as we do.
