Policies

  • We cannot say for 100% certain when a package will arrive. This is totally up to what country the package has to be delivered to, and factors out of our hands; like airplane delays or local events.

  • As a buyer, you are responsible to add tracking to your package. This costs a bit more but also gives you more certainty. Without added tracking, we will not be able to help you locate your package, and if the package is lost we will not be able to refund or resend your order.

    Tracked orders are insured, non-tracked orders are not.

    We recommend adding tracking to your package if it has a relatively high value.

  • We are not responsible for VATs or import tax. Neither VATs nor import tax is not included in the paint or shipping price. Please contact your local post office to see the regulations around receiving packages from the Netherlands and possible extra costs.

  • Packages are being sent out between 1 to 5 business days. So weekends and national holidays are not part of these 1-5 days. If for some reason, 5 days is not achievable you will be messaged to work out compensation.

  • Since these watercolors are handcrafted, things can go wrong. Air bubbles and cracks may occur, and these are totally natural depending on the pigments used.

    If your paint falls out of the pan and breaks (and thus is not retrievable) or has abnormally big air pockets; Please send a picture to lisamorsincolors@gmail.com and we will decide on a solution together.

  • Due to settings on monitors colors can look different in real life. The paper you used may also play a big role in any color differences, especially with granulating/separating colors. Our swatches are shown on Baohong cotton watercolor paper.

    If you feel like your paint is unacceptably different; please send a picture to lisamorsinkcolors@gmail.com. We will then assess whether this indeed is an abnormal variety. No guarantees can be made, but we strive for high customer satisfaction and will therefore do our best to help find a suitable compromise.

  • You are not generally able to get a refund. Some exceptions are:

    -You had insured tracking on your package and it never arrived.

    -There is an occurrence of mold within the first month of owning the paint.

  • We do not accept any returns, returning a package does not give you a refund.

    The only exception is when a package is returned to me without being delivered to you first (for example, because of a wrong address). You can then get a refund for the paints but not the shipping costs paid.
