Buff titanium is an opaque off-white, with a yellow undertone.

Because of its opaque nature, buff titanium can be used in thick layers that may look like a gouache substitute.

It is a great base to create your own pastel-mixing palette. If you intend to build a pastel mixing palette of sorts with this color we recommend combining it with:
Quinacridone Magenta, October, Ultramarine blue green shade, Wolfscoat, and Mars black.

Mixing it with softer browns can also create a variety of skintones.
